Every credential, one wallet
Trential Wallet
A blockchain-based mobile wallet that keeps digital government IDs, education and employment documents in one place, with selective sharing.
The problem
AI-generated deepfakes, synthetic media and automated impersonation are eroding trust online, and it is getting harder to prove who someone really is. Meanwhile people's important credentials sit scattered across paper, email and separate portals, and sharing them usually means handing over far more than the other side needs.
The solution
Trential Wallet is a mobile and web wallet where people store, manage and share verifiable credentials, from government IDs to education and employment records. Credentials are cryptographically signed and tamper-proof, so a verifier gets certainty in seconds and the holder shares only the data that is needed.

Design focus
One home for every credential
The wallet groups documents into clear categories (driver's licence, cards, bills and receipts, tickets, memberships, education, employment and more), so people find things by what they are, not where they came from.
Verification is one tap away
A prominent scan action sits in the centre of the tab bar, making the two core jobs, presenting a credential and verifying one, the easiest things to do.
Organisations as a starting point
People pick an organisation (issuers such as UIDAI, education evaluators and transport departments) to see exactly which verifications are available, instead of guessing what they can share.
Reassurance built in
"Store locally, share globally" and clear messaging about security are part of the interface, because trust is the product.
How it works
- 01
Issue
Organisations issue identity, education and employment credentials at scale using globally accepted standards.
- 02
Manage
Holders keep and control their digital identity in native mobile and web wallets.
- 03
Share and verify
Verifiers integrate checks into their existing systems and receive only the data they need, replacing manual document review.
Trust and security
Built on open standards: W3C Verifiable Credentials, SD-JWT, and ISO mDoc and mDL, with APIs and SDKs for integration. Trential describes itself as a leader in compliance and conformance testing for Verifiable Credentials, as promoted by the US Department of Homeland Security.
